Leisurely cycle around the vineyards, or (more energetically) imagine you are in the Tour de France and cycle up (and down) Mont Ventoux. Go for a hike in the Gorges de la Nesque. Sample the cuisine in one of the many local restaurants, visit wineries or simply sit on your balcony or in the garden with a glass of local wine.
